Diane Morton

The group was founded in 2021 by Diane Morton. Through personal experience, Diane knows only too well, the pain and heartache it brings when losing someone close to you through suicide. Diane has dedicated her life to helping others and has been an advocate for suicide prevention in Kent over the past 4 years at a strategic level within KCC as a County Councillor.

Diane is a Registered Mental Health Nurse; A Trained Counsellor, a Holistic therapist (VTCT qualified) and a Reiki Master. In addition she is a Clinical Case Worker for PHE (Public Health England); a vaccination nurse for KCHFT and DGS Health Limited; and currently a Councillor for Gravesham Borough Council.

Susan Hart

Susan Hart is the founder and director of CAS Community Solutions, a not-for-profit based in Kent. She is a skilled project manager with experience across the public, voluntary and community sector.

Susan and her team specialise in moving people out of poverty and forward, whether through employment support, debt management, welfare benefit advice, training and wellbeing. She achieves this through a response lead approach, creating services and opportunities to meet local and national need. Susan is also Chair of CVSNWK (Council for Voluntary Service, North West Kent).

Susan is offering her support to CASAS, by providing a venue and her marketing, project management and bid writing skills.
